Atlético isn’t getting the hint. You can talk all you want about improving results but it’s been over a month since you win a game and you still don’t learn.

I had the choice of writing an angry post or a sappy “why oh why” post but I’m going with the former. I was in a worse mood over this game yesterday and I’ve cooled down a bit, but am still not happy.

Especially with the fact that this game wasn’t aired anywhere because the Liverpools and Barca’s of the world apparently deserve all the TV coverage. I can’t review the game even if I wanted to because all that I can conclude would be from highlight videos.

I always thought that Aguirre deserved another chance but seriously, AGUIRRE VETE YA. Thanks for all that you’ve done, taking us into the Champions League and giving us a great 06/07 season but your time is up. If we’re not going to change under you, just leave. Go to the EPL like you want to and attempt to shine somewhere else. This is ridiculous. Why didn’t Banega start? Why don’t you ever play Camacho or Luis Garcia? Bleh

The problems are definitely beyond the coach though. The players have no spark and the club management are idiots. “We don’t need any players” says the president from the team who hasn’t won in 7 matches. As long as they’re cashing out on Kun Aguero shirt sales they’re happy, they don’t understand that the club nor the squad is perfect and that crashing out on the Champions League can kill the club’s ambitions (they’re currently planning to build a sports city in Madrid).

Atletico doesn’t deserve a game review. I’ll just leave this “highlights” video
