Forlán Nets Twice Against South Africa

Finally, an Atletico player is making some sort of impact at the World Cup. Diego Forlan netted twice today for Uruguay, with the first one being the best one of the tournament so far. Uruguay ended up beating South Africa 3-0 and putting the Bafana Bafana in their place. Even though I’m a diehard Mexico fan (who share the group with Uruguay) I couldn’t help but scream “URUGUAYOOO” like I have been doing all of last season, even though Uruguay is technically my enemy right now. Here is his cracker if you haven’t seen it a million times already:

  forlan started the 3rd goal too , a beautiful cross-feild pass to saurez who took one touch to control and one to cross and then maxi perriera simply tapped it in.

  this is great. forlan’s rate has increased a lot now and i think we would sell him. if we sell him i want maruo boselli or cardozo.

  We cannot sell forlan, he’s the only true finisher in the team. as good as aguero is he is not a consistent finisher.
