Forlán Renews Until 2013!

If two years of badass goals and long pretty blonde hair hasn’t been enough, we’re in for four entire seasons of more Diego Forlán awesomeness.
Negotiations were long, and despite minor interest from Manchester City, it didn’t seem likely that Forlán would leave the club at the end of the season. He loves it here too much and they treat him like royalty. He was by far our best player last season and aside from the Barcelona steamroller, Forlan was the man to watch last season in La Liga. He wasn’t Pichichi for nothing, he’ll school your ass.
The next step… to get Kun Aguero to sign a new contract. Make it happen, Pitarch.
